“I wanted to take a moment and talk about my first ever home buying experience. I was fortunate enough to have a friend that knew Lindsay Ohmer and got me working with her about 2 years ago. Lindsay gave me her time and thoughts on the entire process. She was basically a "Life Coach" for me when it came to starting the process of looking at homes. When I finally decided I was ready to start looking in March of 2024, Lindsay met with me again and went over all the initial materials we had before and started a home search. With the market moving as fast as it has been, she knew we needed to move quickly but I never felt rushed. Within a week we had scheduled an appointment to look at some homes. She even took time away from her family on Easter Sunday just to schlep around with me and show me some prospective home. I wish there was a better selection beyond "excellent" for accessabilty with regard to keeping in contact with Lindsay. She was so fast with every response!”

“Lindsey completed the needed paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. She had good insight into what the sellers wanted in an offer and what angle we needed to pursue to ensure we got the house we want. She was able to secure us a home in our desired neighborhood meeting all of our "dealbreaker" needs. She took time to show us other homes we were interested in and was very honest in the view and feedback of the homes. This was a good part of the transaction as it steered us away from homes that were not good. She was on time, had clear communication, and was a pleasure to look at homes with. She was honest and we worked well together. She was respectful and understanding as she and us were parents whose families are a priority.
